About Us

Cynthia has over 18 years in the healthcare industry. She started her career running the front desk for various physical therapy offices and pain management providers in the VA/MD/DC area, eventually managing the billing department for a large PT group.

 

Once she decided to open Castro Consulting, LLC dba Provider Management, her medical billing and healthcare provider consulting company, providers from all specialties looked to her for help. Throughout the years she has helped providers open their doors to the public, consulted them on marketing projects, transitioned them from ICD 9 to ICD10, worked with various EHR/EMR software platforms to perform medical billing, and done numerous front desk evaluations and is always adapting to healthcare industry changes.

 

In 2016 Provider Management relocated to Brevard County, FL (Space Coast) where she continues to serve clients in the same manner as always.
