Cynthia M. Castro
Cynthia has more than 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career managing front desk operations for physical therapy and pain management practices throughout the VA/MD/DC area before advancing to oversee the billing department for a large physical therapy group.
She later founded Castro Consulting, LLC, doing business as Provider Management, to help healthcare providers build and grow successful practices. Over the years, Cynthia has guided providers across a wide range of specialties with practice startups, medical billing, marketing initiatives, ICD-9 to ICD-10 transitions, EHR/EMR implementation and support, and front desk workflow evaluations. She stays current with industry changes to ensure clients receive knowledgeable, up-to-date guidance.
In 2016, Provider Management relocated to Brevard County, Cocoa Beach, Florida, where Cynthia continues to provide the same personalized consulting and practice management services to clients nationwide.

Jorge A. Castro
Jorge has more than 16 years of experience helping startup medical practices navigate credentialing, state licensing, and practice setup. He is passionate about building strong foundations for new practices and continually adapts to the evolving healthcare landscape.
Since joining Provider Management in 2010, Jorge has helped expand the company's consulting services by supporting practices with website development, branding and marketing, direct mail campaigns, patient portal setup, credentialing maintenance, and basic IT and phone systems. His focus is ensuring every practice is set up for long-term success from day one.
Committed to developing the next generation of healthcare professionals, Jorge established a partnership with Eastern Florida State College to provide externship opportunities for medical billing students. By mentoring future billers and credentialing specialists, Provider Management proudly gives back to the healthcare community through education and hands-on experience.
